WORKSHOP Overview

Will our Equine-Based Programs be a welcome addition for client progress? 

As stated by  Psychotherapists in the west, who wrote the wonderful book, ‘Horse Sense and the Human Heart’ (another validation for our own work)   'You will find that all the book learned teaching will be put back on the shelf –to work simply --with your own intuition, and heart felt feelings for ANY client you consider'.

Our Programs --offer you that ‘door or bridge’ to deeper understanding.

 We remain your mentor, until we are no longer needed.

A Psychiatrist stated to us: "There is a huge gap in the work of Mental Health, concerning Communication.  We do not know what happens to the client on a day-to-day basis, with the medication we prescribe.  It would be helpful to have a program like yours to assist in that process" .

 This is a small part of what our programs provide to the Mental Health Community.

In 1999, I reflected my concern to a psychologist, who offered his services for our program. 

I said: "My clients would stop taking the program, when I was just beginning to get a 'good riding student', and they left happy!"

Psychologist Nelson Alpaugh then stated:

 "Rose,  that's called success, when they do not need your services anymore --so get used to not getting that great riding student!  That isn't what they needed when they came to you" 

 

I had this experience, much to my discomfort.  It took time to understand the impact of that psychologists statement! 

 

He was absolutely right!  I learned, through all the frustrations of not understanding our innovative, creative niche! 

Our programs offer so much more than traditional riding programs!   Level One is a self-fulfilling --'Universal' --Mind-Body Program, for our base therapeutic work, created for rider awareness and beginning spirituality, as found in their relationship with the horse.  This is often a newly acquired internal comfort and peace for our clients.

 That Missing Link is acquired by our clients with focused their self-study, with proper application of Our Programs's base program.  'Fresh Start', now assigned to the Soft Touch Quantum Horsemanship [STQH] Program --to develop more Horse  Holiday Consultants [HHC].  

 

Clients soon realize the quality of their relationship with the natural horse and the depth of content offered by our STQH Programs. 

You might one day choose to become a Our Programs Consultant yourself, to possibly branch off -to begin a small facility of your own, with this new perspective of therapeutic work for the inner person, and the spirit within.

 

 Mind Body Brain & Spirit  Program --for Mental Health, At-Risk, & as a Therapeutic Alternative     

FOR: Therapists, Counselors, Teachers, and Agencies

A COMPLETE PROGRAM.  For deeper insight into our Complimentary Integrated Therapeutic Alternative Solution -The Mind-Body-Brain & Spirit Connection, Communication and Coordination advantages are offered by the our program to approved individuals only.  You will really benefit, by having 3-6 riding students.  You may consider the audit as your main study attendance if you rather not ride.   Due to depth of content -we recommend more than a 1-2 day study. Options discussed before registration. 

  We recommend a FULL WEEK due to the complexities of our program.

This is a private program for serious attendees ONLY!   Auditors could be chosen to volunteer, and gain Hands-On Experience.  A short introductory form is filled out for the Consultants/ therapists etc. as well as the auditors and riders, to address need, desires, and/or directions. 

At this time we aim to advance Our Programs Org. then any small facility to better serve clients wishes for privacy. 

• HH only requests 2% of your therapeutic work. 
• Details are discussed, as we try hard for that 5-WAY-WIN!

Approved Our Programs Applicants must sign Contracts below.

 1.) Non-Disclosure, 2.) Risk Assumption, 3.) Program Agreement,  4.) Confidentiality Document.

You receive a Certificate of Completion for the classes attended.  This is not for Certification for our program or approval to provide our work to others, only for days completed.  

We will CREDIT your individual program fees toward the FULL PROGRAM FEE --of $1,250.00. 

Certification is received only after WE KNOW that YOU know and can work the program to the best possible options, when working with clients.

NO FEE TO AUDIT for fully signed and paid HHC. 

Applicants may also retake any class over at no fee --other than a  payment toward total cost of program.                                                                     

  NOTE: for NON-RIDERS! 

·  You are still a candidate to become a FULL Our Programs Consultant.  It is not necessary that you have ever ridden before.  Our program is all about education, observance, and giving hands-on experience. 

A private phone-call with the founder is recommended, before registration, for approval to become a candidate for enrollment.  We will discuss honestly ANY questions or concerns.

·         It is advised that non-riders continue with STQH Horsemanship Programs, if only to observe.  

·         We recommend attending bi-annual & annual meetings, for networking, re-evaluation, and updates, or you can receive mail or email updates.  Know that ONLY FULL HHC will receive complete information.   Updates ONLY for the classes you have taken.

·         Our Programs Programs will always need qualified assistants, even if you are more comfortable just working with clients, and not the horse!  You may be surprised at how your own confidence will grow, working with riders and horses within our programs.

As you will notice, there is no fee for any audit option to ANY repeat workshop we offer. This is to assist, and to benefit our continued study with Our Programs, and the Soft Touch Quantum Programs. 

Our Programs Consultants are family.  You are a vital part of our organization.

To help keep Our Programs program fees low, we request Our Programs Consultants also make a small quarterly donation, of 2% of income generated quarterly, from your new Our Programs clients. Client Scholarships through Our Programs, must be included in your generated income totals report.  Our Programs, will still deduct 2% from Scholarship fees presented to you, meaning --Scholarship fees actually benefit Our Programs Org.  by 4% since you will be donating your 2% of earned income, working with clients.  The additional 2% from Sponsorships will cover the extra bookwork necessary for record keeping etc.  You must however, include the sponsorship totals [you receive] in your own IRS statements.   We will post your first name and facility location, on the Our Programs website, including all approved recruits in training and Certified Our Programs Consultants.  If you are removed from our program [by three strikes you are out] --that will also be noted on the site, for our protection, and the protection of all other HH Consultants.  Weed and Seed!  It will be your duty to uphold the Our Programs 'Code of Ethics' --developed in 2003/04.  We support those who hold high standards and value. Dismissal would be a dark mark on your work, because of not meeting our standards.  As per contract --you may not use our program in any way --to benefit yourself or others --if you have been dismissed! Our Programs Consultants [HHC] are gifted with FREE AUDIT  -for any related or duplicate STQH or HH Programs --anywhere!   Pre-registry is required!  That's ALL!  Our Programs is a non profit organization and we give back to our H.H. Consultants. Our Programs serves our HH Consultants, with Sponsorship Funds -as they are dedicated (donated) to your state, or community.  Your own donations/Sponsorships etc. must come through Our Programs Corporate office, with a note of Sponsor Dedication names.  ALL Sponsorships come through the Main Office, and if those Sponsor funds are dedicated to your area, funds SHALL be transferred -to you, your area, and perhaps to your program.  If the Sponsorship is for a Certified H.H. Consultant, those Sponsor Funds --will be held until there is a Certified Consultant your area.  Our Programs will retain 2%, and you will receive the balance.  Your received donations must be included, and reported as income, quarterly to Our Programs org.  You must then donate 2% back to Our Programs org. on a quarterly basis. ~~~<>~~~ We continually seek a WIN-WIN-WIN-WIN-WIN [5 ways!] --for the Common Good of All Concerned! ANY and ALL Our Programs records -are to be kept in immaculate detail for:  IRS,  Our Programs Org., Client records, and Sponsor purposes.
